Always wanted to make kombucha but are unsure where to start? Looking to bring your kombucha game to the next level? Or are you in need of a fun gift for a friend? Then this is for you.
Short overview of the workshop:*

14:00-14:15 INTRO: welcome with a drink & intro
14:15 PART 1: the basics of kombucha making, including troubleshooting and a quick demo
14:45 PART 2: a tasting of kombucha at various stages (week per week)
15:15 PART 3: infusion of your own kombucha – top tips for ingredients and flavour combos. Each participant infuses their own kombucha to take home.
When: Saturday, August 29th, 14:00-16:00 at Studio Fermentex (Groen van Prinstererstraat 100H).
Note: this is a hands-on event. Expect some mess and lots of fun.
Tickets: €45,00 per person*
*this includes a 0.5L ready-to-drink kombucha in a “fermentation” bottle, infused to your liking, plus an easy-to-use recipe for making kombucha at home.
Optional add-on:
A ‘Kombucha Starter Set’ that includes a 2L kombucha glass jar, sieve, funnel, organic loose leave green tea (20 gr.), 2 PH strips, filters, + opt. scoby.

Terms & Conditions:
- The workshop starts at 14:00. If you will arrive late then please let us know, and we will of course try to catch you up as good as possible, but since some participants might need to leave on time it wouldn’t be fair to postpone the start time.
- Can’t make it for any reason? Your ticket can be changed or refunded if you cancel 10 days in advance. This timeline is set due to the required preparations and raw materials needed for the workshop.
- If we do not reach the minimum required participants, then the workshop might need to be rescheduled.
- We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time.
